Clients have up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without any charges.
For cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the following fees will apply:
If you decide to eliminate a scheduled service without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the time reserved.
Alternatively, you may substitute another service in its place.

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service to ensure we stay on schedule.
For arrivals more than 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

I’m happy to make tweaks or adjustments to your color or haircut within two weeks of your appointment, provided the changes pertain to the original request discussed during your consultation.
